How much does Jira Service Management Cloud cost?
  

Jira Service Management Cloud can only be purchased as part of the Service Collection, which also includes Rovo, Assets, and Customer Service Management. You can learn more about Service Collection plans and pricing here.

How does the Cloud migration trial work?
  

When you activate a Cloud Migration Trial for Jira Service Management today, you’re trialing JSM in its new Service Collection packaging. That means you get JSM plus Assets, Customer Service Management, and Rovo/AI capabilities appropriate to your Cloud edition.

Advanced AI features still follow the normal edition packaging (e.g., some AIOps and virtual agent capabilities are Premium/Enterprise only), and third‑party Marketplace apps are trialed separately.
