Questions for Confluence Cloud
Cloud can be trialed for free, please visit Try Cloud to start a trial.
Already using cloud? Site Administrators can navigate to the System Administration section of your cloud site and add or remove applications and/or apps as needed.
Please note: Removing applications or apps takes effect immediately and no credit or refund will be offered for removing applications or apps early.
Questions Confluence is an app for Confluence, and requires Confluence as its base product.
Our monthly pricing is progressive, meaning that we offer volume discounts as you add more users. Each users' unit price is based on the pricing rate in which the user falls.
The monthly payment plan can only be paid with a credit card or PayPal account associated with the subscription.

The minimum term of service is one month. You can choose to renew on a month by month basis, or you can purchase a year in advance.
To ensure timely payment for monthly subscriptions, we're only able to accept payment via credit card or PayPal. The card on file can be updated by the primary billing contact via my.atlassian.com at any time, or you can elect to pay via PayPal via the Billing Details section of your cloud subscription.

Cloud subscriptions set up for automatic renewals can be paid via credit card or PayPal. Annual quotes can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, check, ACH, PayPal, or Net-30 terms (for orders above $10,000). Questions for Confluence Data Center
Just like Confluence Data Center, Questions for Confluence Data Center is licensed on an annual term per Data Center instance. Data Center licenses expire and are not perpetual like our server licenses.
To continue using Data Center approved apps after the original annual term, you must renew your Data Center approved app license. The renewal cost is the same as a new license purchase for the user tier you require (excluding promotional incentives).

Questions for Confluence Server
Existing Questions for Confluence Server licenses can be renewed to a maximum end date of February 15, 2024 PT. Review the table below to find your Questions for Confluence Server renewal price.
Atlassian automatically sends a no-obligation quote 90 days before the maintenance is to expire on a license. You can request a quote at any time; see this FAQ for more details. You also have the option to set up auto-renewal through my.atlassian.com.
Software maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. We recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration to ensure you can upgrade to new releases and get technical assistance at any time.
On February 15, 2024 PT, your server products will reach end of support. After this date, support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your server products and apps, and any renewals will be prorated to match this date. To stay secure and benefit from continued innovation, we strongly recommend migrating to Cloud or Data Center before the end of support date.
Effective February 15, 2022 PT, you cannot upgrade or downgrade your tier for your Questions for Confluence Server license(s). You will need to migrate to Cloud or Data Center to change your tier.
