Future server pricing

Overview

As we recently announced, we'll be simplifying our self-managed offerings to focus on investments in our cloud and Data Center products. As part of these changes, we're increasing the price of maintenance for existing server licenses in order to ensure the security and maintenance of our server platform, while we invest in making sure the migration path to cloud is seamless and your experience when you get there is unparalleled.

Many of our existing server customers are on advantaged pricing plans that are currently less than Atlassian list prices. These updates help to ease those customers into our Atlassian list prices over time.

This page provides information related to the upcoming price changes and detailed pricing tables by product and user tier. If you would like to talk to us directly, please contact our support team.

Summary of changes

Advantaged plan price changes

If you own Jira Software, Confluence, or Jira Core Server and you are on an advantaged plan (less than Atlassian list price), you will receive a price increase.

Am I on an advantaged plan?

Atlassian has two different sets of server maintenance prices for Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Core - Atlassian list prices and advantaged plan prices. If you are paying Atlassian list prices, you are not impacted by this announcement. If you are paying less than Atlassian list prices, you are on an advantaged plan and will pay the new advantaged plan price which will rise to Atlassian list price over time.

Determine whether you are on an advantaged plan. If you are a technical or billing contact, go to my.atlassian.com and check to see whether your last renewal price was less than the new advantaged prices linked below.

Advantaged plan prices will increase for:

Existing license price changes

All licenses for the products below will receive a maintenance price increase effective on renewals on or after February 2, 2021 PT.

Are Marketplace Partner app prices changing? Show

Pricing for Marketplace Partner apps (or non-Atlassian third-party apps) is not changing as a direct result of Atlassian's price changes. However, Atlassian does not have any control over Marketplace Partner app pricing and therefore prices are subject to change. Please check the Marketplace for up-to-date app pricing information.
