If you are a billing and/or technical contact on a paid invoice, you can log into my.atlassian.com and follow the following steps:

• Click on Orders in the top navigation bar
• Select Invoices in the Order Center
• Locate the most recent paid server invoice(s)
• Download and open the PDF and look at the details page
• Compare your products' prices with the server pricing tables.

The price changes will take effect on your next renewal on or after February 15, 2022 PT.

Atlassian Marketplace apps are not part of this pricing change. Non-Atlassian Marketplace app pricing is determined by the app developer. Questions regarding pricing changes for non-Atlassian Marketplace apps should be directed to the app developer, who can be contacted using their information located in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Moving from a Server Starter license to a commercial license is considered a new sale, which means that as of February 2, 2021 PT (the end of new license sales), you are no longer able to upgrade to a 10+ user license. If more users are required, you will need to purchase a new cloud or Data Center subscription.

We regularly review the market landscape, our product investments, and pricing to ensure list prices are competitive. After a previous price change, we introduced advantaged pricing plans to ease tenured customers into list prices so that you do not have to absorb the impact in one go. Taking a step towards bringing advantaged prices closer to list prices, we are increasing our advantaged prices for Jira Software Server, Confluence Server, and Jira Work Management Server.

As previously communicated, we’re gradually increasing advantaged prices to match the most recent server list price increases, which are competitively priced relative to the market.

Data Center-hűségkedvezmény

Effective February 2, 2021 PT, we have discontinued server to Data Center upgrade credits and replaced them with our Data Center loyalty discount.

Your server license is a perpetual license, which means you can continue to use it even without renewing. However as of February 15, 2024 PT, support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your server products and apps. To stay secure and benefit from continued product innovation, we strongly recommend migrating to Cloud or Data Center before the end of support date.

Migrations can take 9 months or longer from assess to launch, depending on your team’s size and complexity. We recommend evaluating your team's migration readiness now to give yourself enough time to understand the migration process and determine your timeline.

Option 1: Explore your Cloud & Data Center migration options:

For most customers, we recommend moving to our Cloud products. By partnering with Atlassian on your move to cloud, you can spend more of your time focusing on innovation and maintenance with lower costs, increased reliability, uptime, and security.

If you have business requirements that prevent you from operating in cloud, we also continue to offer Data Center.

Option 2: Renew your existing server license:

Any renewal quote created after February 15, 2022 PT will include the new advantaged prices.

Additionally, you can renew your server license and claim a free cloud trial to get a full 12 months to test out features, build a proof of concept, and plan your cloud migration.*

Note: Effective February 15, 2022 PT, you can no longer upgrade or downgrade tiers for your server products and/or apps. If you anticipate future growth, we encourage you to consider our cloud offerings to meet your future needs. Learn more here.

As a reminder, alongside our announcement of the end of sale and support for Atlassian Server products, we have stopped new feature development for server products effective February 2, 2021 PT.

You can prepay for up to 2 years of support. The last date to generate a quote for the maximum 2-year term was February 15, 2022 PT with the term ending on February 15, 2024 PT.

Reminder: effective February 15, 2024 PT, server will reach end of support. This means support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your server products and apps, and any renewals will be prorated to match this date.

• If your quote was created before February 15, 2022 PT, the pricing listed on your quote will be honored until its expiry date.
• If your quote is edited on or after February 15, 2022 PT, then the entire quote will be recalculated to reflect the new pricing.
• If your quote is deleted on or after February 15, 2022 PT, it will not be restored and you will need to pay the new pricing.

You can create a quote for a 12 or 24-month term. However, your server maintenance cannot expire beyond February 15, 2024 PT.

Academic discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying collegiate-level or higher academic institutions can receive 50% off list price for renewals on Atlassian server products. Additionally, if you migrate to a cloud subscription, you can continue to receive 50% off list price on your Academic subscription.

Community discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying charitable non-profit organizations that are non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation, can still renew Community licenses at no cost. Additionally, you can also migrate to a Cloud Community subscription at no cost when you’re ready.
