  • Mindville Insight integration (Jira Service Management): Access the powerful asset and configuration management app to create and manage your IT and business assets easily. Interact with your assets through requests, incidents, changes, and more. Learn more.
  • Customer portal improvements (Jira Service Management): Your customers now have more at their fingertips in the help center, including an overview of available portals, neater cards, clear SLAs, @mentions, and quick summary options. They can also comment in a new rich-text editor for a cleaner editing experience and vote on their favorite requests directly in the portal. Learn more.
  • Mobile App support (Jira Service Management): View your service projects in the same Jira server mobile app you’ve been using for other Jira applications (available for iOS and Android) and stay up-to-date with anything that’s going on with your requests, wherever you go. Learn more.
  • New language support for Insight - Asset Management (Jira Service Management): We’ve now added 8 new European languages and Korean to the asset management functionality in Jira Service Management, as well as the equivalent Insight app on the Atlassian Marketplace. Learn More.
