How Does QA handle iterations?
Leading Agile Quality Assurance initiatives has been a significant change from Andrew's background in traditional waterfall development projects. As the lead QA tester at Atlassian, Andrew has embraced the challenge to build and enhance tests all throughout an iteration. His goal is to find bugs immediately after they are created so developers can refactor while the code is still fresh in their mind. He uses Confluence and JIRA to track code changes as they happen and Clover to determine where new tests should be created.
