Future Data Center advantaged pricing

If you are a billing and/or technical contact on a paid invoice, you can log into my.atlassian.com and:

1. Click on Orders in the top navigation bar
2. Select Invoices in the Order Center
3. Locate the most recent paid Data Center invoice(s)
4. Download and open the PDF and look at the details page
5. Compare your products' prices with the Data Center pricing tables.

6. Price increases are calculated based on the current prices shown in the Data Center pricing tables.

The price changes will take effect on your next renewal on or after February 17, 2026 PT.

Atlassian Marketplace apps are not part of this pricing change. Marketplace Partner (3rd party) app pricing is determined by the app developer and therefore prices are always subject to change. Questions regarding pricing changes for Marketplace Partner (3rd party) apps should be directed to the app developer, who can be contacted using their information located in the Atlassian Marketplace.

We introduced advantaged pricing to allow our tenured customers to plan better as we gradually increase these prices to reach list price.

Customers on advantaged plans have received the same value as list price since we introduced these plans several years ago, at overall prices lower than most competitors.

We have been investing in Data Center based on your most critical business needs: to maintain optimal levels of performance, security, and support.

We have delivered new platform releases, long-term support (LTS) releases, and are unlocking new joint cloud and self-managed use cases.

In addition, relative to the value provided, our Data Center offering remains very competitively priced.

Over the past several years, Advantaged plans have helped long-term Data Center customers gradually move to standard list pricing. With this update, your Advantaged plan is now at list price. This change brings Data Center customers onto a single, consistent list pricing structure.

You can sign up for a free Cloud migration trial that will run through the remainder of your Data Center subscription, to test out features, build a proof of concept, and plan your move to cloud.

We also offer Dual Licensing discounts to help migrate to Cloud for interested customers.

Option 1: Renew your existing Data Center subscription:

Your Data Center renewal price will depend on the date you create a renewal, upgrade, or downgrade quote.

If eligible for an early renewal, renew early to lock in current pricing.

A note on annual pricing:

Atlassian uses a fixed price tiered model for annual pricing. For example, Jira Software with 450 users would be calculated at the 500 user tier for an annual cost of $59,000.

For clarity, consider this scenario: adding 75 users to your 450 Jira users totals 525 users. This places you in the 1,000-user tier at $95,000 annually - you do not pay separately for the 450 and 75 users in their respective price tiers.

Please note that annual tiered pricing varies across Atlassian products and plans.

You can continue to renew your Data Center subscription for up to 12 months. Contact us to discuss your options in more detail.

• If a quote was created before February 17, 2026 PT, the pricing listed on your quote will be honored until its expiry date. 
• If a quote is edited on or after February 17, 2026 PT, then the entire quote will be recalculated to reflect the new advantaged prices.

• If an existing quote expires or is deleted, and a new quote needs to be created on or after February 17, 2026 PT, the new quote will reflect the new advantaged prices.

If your subscription expires and/or you renew before February 17, 2026 PT, you will be on current pricing. If your subscription expires or is renewed on or after February 17, 2026 PT, you will be placed on the new pricing.

Academic discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying collegiate-level or higher academic institutions can receive 50% off commercial prices for new purchases, upgrades, and renewals of Atlassian products.

Community discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying charitable non-profit organizations that are non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation can still receive Community licenses at no cost. Additionally, you can migrate to a Cloud Community subscription at a 75% discount from Cloud list pricing. (Enterprise Community licenses are available at a 50% discount off Cloud list prices.)

On February 17, 2026 PT, your remaining lower-than-list Advantaged plan for Jira Data Center will reach list price.
