The price changes will take effect on your next renewal on or after February 17, 2026 PT. Any quotes generated or modified on or after February 17, 2026 PT, will reflect the new pricing. We will honor any open quotes until quote expiration.

This Data Center price change ensures you can continue to meet security, scale, and support needs.

In the last 12 months, we’ve made some key releases to support customers on self-managed environments such as:

Jira Data Center

• OpenSearch support for Jira - experience faster search and indexing performance with OpenSearch integration in Jira Data Center.
• Service Accounts - non-human identities designed for automations, integrations, scripts, and apps that need to interact with your Atlassian Data Center instance.
• Instance optimization and insights recommendation - monitor the health and performance of your Jira instances with tailored insights and recommendations across system guardrails and performance indicators.

Confluence Data Center

• Service Accounts - non-human identities designed for automations, integrations, scripts, and apps that need to interact with your Atlassian Data Center instance.
• Instance optimization and insights recommendation - monitor the health and performance of your Confluence instances with tailored insights and recommendations across system guardrails and performance indicators.
• Improved performance for adding Jira issue dates in Team Calendars - We’ve addressed a performance issue with a REST API call in Team Calendar when adding Jira issue dates.
• Create blog posts from templates - create a page from a template and then convert it to a blog post.

Jira Service Management Data Center

• OpenSearch support for Jira Service Management - experience faster search and indexing performance with OpenSearch integration in Jira Data Center.
• Limit access to Assets data in Assets Confluence Macro - this role allows read-only access to assets in the Confluence macro. To grant the new role, navigate to your schema configuration, and then go to the Roles tab.
• Group queues to organize issues - help agents stay focused on the issues that are critical to their teams, project admins can now group and arrange queues, which are filtered set of issues. This enhancement streamlines agents' workflows and improves prioritization.
• Improve Jira performance with Instance optimizer - key automation features like index auto-healing, database integrity checks, and custom fields optimization help keep your Jira Data Center instance fast, stable, and easy to maintain, all in one place.

Hybrid capabilities

• Jira Product Discovery integration with Jira Data Center for Delivery - connect Jira Product Discovery with Jira Data Center (DC) to streamline the discovery and delivery process in product organisations using Jira DC. Product managers will be able to connect ideas with delivery tickets in Jira DC and track the delivery progress.
• Jira Data Center connector for Rovo - this connector enables Cloud-based AI capabilities without full cloud transformation allowing data synchronization from Jira Data Center to Rovo in Atlassian Cloud. Rovo centralizes knowledge from various platforms, offering a unified search view and enhancing productivity with AI-driven insights and personalized responses, all while preserving existing infrastructure.
• Confluence Data Center connector for Rovo - connect Confluence Data Center to Rovo to unify your organization’s knowledge, supercharge discovery with AI-powered search, and unlock the benefits of cloud innovation - empowering your teams to find, share, and act on information faster, no matter where it lives.
• Aligned editor shortcuts with Confluence Cloud - experience a smoother, more intuitive editing workflow in Confluence Data Center with new shortcuts that mirror Confluence Cloud - making it easier for your teams to collaborate, stay productive, and transition seamlessly between platforms.

Atlassian Marketplace apps are not part of this pricing change. Marketplace app pricing is determined by the 3rd-party app developer and therefore prices are always subject to change. Questions regarding pricing changes for Marketplace apps should be directed to the app developer, who can be contacted using their information located in the Atlassian Marketplace.

We are offering all Data Center customers the ability to explore, evaluate, and migrate to cloud for free for the remainder of your Data Center subscription (maximum term 12 months and 20,000 users).

To calculate your updated annual price, you need to be a billing and/or technical contact on a paid invoice. Log into my.atlassian.com and follow these steps:

1. Click on Orders in the top navigation bar
2. Select Invoices in the Order Center
3. Locate the most recent paid Data Center invoice(s)
4. Download and open the PDF and look at the details page
5. Compare your products' prices with the new Data Center pricing tables.
6. Price increases are calculated based on the current list prices shown in the Data Center pricing tables.

A note on Data Center pricing:

Atlassian uses a fixed tier price model for annual pricing. For example, Jira with 450 users would be calculated at the 500 user tier for an annual cost of $59,000.

For clarity, consider this scenario: adding 75 users to your 450 Jira users totals 525 users. This places you in the 1,000-user tier at $95,000 annually - you do not pay separately for the 450 and 75 users in their respective price tiers.

Please note that annual tiered pricing varies across Atlassian products and plans.

The standard renewal term for Data Center subscriptions is annual (12 months). If you require a longer contract, contact us to discuss your organization’s needs.

Contact us to discuss your options for locking in a 12-month term.

• If a quote was created before February 17, 2026 PT, the pricing listed on your quote will be honored until its expiry date. 
• If a quote is edited on or after February 17, 2026 PT, then the entire quote will be recalculated to reflect the new list prices.
• If an existing quote expires or is deleted, and a new quote needs to be created on or after February 17, 2026 PT, the new quote will reflect the new list prices.

If your subscription expires and/or you renew before February 17, 2026 PT, you will be on current pricing. If your subscription expires or is renewed on or after February 17, 2026 PT, you will be placed on the new pricing.

Academic discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying collegiate-level or higher academic institutions can receive 50% off commercial prices for new purchases, upgrades, and renewals of Atlassian products.

Community discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying charitable non-profit organizations that are non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation can still receive Community licenses at no cost. Additionally, you can migrate to a Cloud Community subscription at a 75% discount from Cloud list pricing. (Enterprise Community licenses are available at a 50% discount off Cloud list prices.)
