While you can use Jira Product Discovery by itself, both the Free and Standard plans include integrations with the following Atlassian products: Jira Software, Atlas, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Jira Software: Create new Jira issues or link ideas to existing tickets and then visually track the delivery progress of these issues directly from Jira Product Discovery. Learn more.

Atlas: Connect ideas directly to Atlas projects or goals and associate them with organization-wide initiatives.

Jira Service Management: Add Jira Service Management requests as insights to ideas. Learn more.

Confluence: Directly embed Jira Product Discovery views in Confluence.

Creators are billable, paid users in Jira Product Discovery who actively create and manage projects, ideas, fields, and views.

Contributors are users licensed in another Jira product (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Jira Work Management) who contribute to discovery projects but don’t need all the permissions of creators.

Contributors are unpaid, meaning you aren’t billed for them as part of your Jira Product Discovery subscription. In the future, contributors won’t need a Jira license to access Jira Product Discovery.

The Free plan allows up to three creators per site and 35,000 contributors for free, no credit card required.

Jira Product Discovery is only available on Cloud, meaning we don’t offer Data Center options with your subscription.
