IDC & Atlassian: CIO Blueprint for AI Orchestration

IDC and Atlassian share insights from IT leaders on AI transformation, outlining how CIOs can orchestrate AI across the entire organization and the practical steps to prepare for the future of work.

AI is accelerating what individuals can do, yet the enterprise payoff remains uneven. The challenge isn’t just the models, it’s the operating system for work around them. After years of “digital empowerment,” many CIOs now face fragmented tools, siloed data, and disconnected workflows, along with rising expectations to turn AI into durable, secure business outcomes at scale.

In this webinar, guest speaker Wayne Kurtzman, Research Vice President at IDC, joins Atlassian’s Liz Fosslien to share fresh research and a practical blueprint for AI orchestration. You’ll learn how leading CIOs are:

  • Treating AI orchestration as a new operating model that coordinates models, agents, data, and tools in unified workflows
  • Building a standardized, AI-ready workplace foundation that stays agile while meeting security, governance, and compliance needs
  • Turning collaboration from “we have tools” into “we are truly collaborative” so the organization can move as one
  • Giving AI safe access to the right context so it can do more than answer questions and start to carry out real work

Walk away with IDC’s perspective on what will separate AI-ready enterprises from those that fall behind, and concrete steps you can take now to help your organization move together: smarter, more securely, and with greater confidence in the AI era.
