For customers new to Jira Service Management:

  • Must purchase at least 201 seats on Cloud or 250 seats on Data Center
  • Must purchase a 3-year contract
  • Must provide a customer reference for marketing materials
     

For existing customers expanding their footprint:

  • Must spend more on Jira Service Management in Y1 (net of discount) vs. prior year
  • Must purchase a 3-year contract
  • For Cloud: Must expand into 201 agent tier or higher*
  • For Data Center: Must expand into 250 agent tier or higher*
  • Must provide a customer reference for marketing materials

*Discount will be applied only to new seats purchased

Yes, as long it is still within the promotion offer period (Dec 8, 2022 - Jun 30, 2023), you can upgrade to additional seats.

  • Discount will be applied to the new users for the remainder of the first year in the 3 year contract
  • The 3 year contract term remains the same (it does not reset with the upgrade)
If I made a Jira Service Management purchase within the promotion period but did not take advantage of the 30% discount at that time, can I still apply for the discount after the promotion deadline? Copy link to heading Copied! show

No. If you did not take advantage of the promotion and already purchased, then you cannot retroactively receive the discount for the purchase.
If I am migrating from Jira Service Management Server to Data Center or Cloud, am I eligible for this offer? Copy link to heading Copied! show

Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements detailed above, you may take advantage of this offer. However, you cannot combine this offer with a migration loyalty discount.
