Marketplace Partner Agreement - Summary of Changes

We're updating the terms that apply to your use of the Atlassian Marketplace in conjunction with changes to our Atlassian Developer Terms to (1) reflect updates to our discount programs, (2) clarify rules around developer relationships and use of End User Data and (3) updates to our security practices and bug bounty programs.
Highlights from the update:
- Updated terms about our discount programs, which offer certain customers access to Marketplace apps at reduced prices. See here for more details
- Clarified rules around developer relationships with End Users, security practices and use of End User Data
- Updated terms for Atlassian’s security reviews and submission of apps to bug bounty programs
- Revised export control terms and simplified several sections to improve readability
Changes will go into effect December 15, 2020. For more information, please read the full Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement.
If you do not agree to any of the changes, your sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement prior to the date on which the changes are to take effect by (i) providing written notice to Atlassian and (ii) withdrawing all of your Apps from the Marketplace.

Highlights from the update:
- Updating the definition of the Product Information you provide with your Marketplace App to include information that will be displayed in the new Privacy and Security tab that will appear on Marketplace listings. See this blog for more details.
- Clarifying how our recently updated Security Requirements apply to you and your Apps.
