Upcoming changes to Rovo Dev

Rovo Dev is transitioning: What you need to know

We are simplifying your developer AI experience across Atlassian by making Rovo Dev capabilities available with your eligible Jira and Teamwork Collection (TWC) subscriptions.

As part of this evolution, Rovo Dev as a standalone product will reach end of life. We’re providing at least 60 days’ notice and will confirm the final end-of-life date before any action is required.

No immediate action is required. You can continue using Rovo Dev as you do today while we prepare the transition path for each capability.

Core changes and timeline

What’s changing with Code Reviewer? Copy link to heading Copied! Show

Code Reviewer will be available with your eligible Jira/TWC subscription, with no separate Rovo Dev license required. It will operate under Atlassian’s Usage-Based Pricing (UBP) model as part of the Jira/TWC subscription. It will continue operating in existing SCM workflows, with more integrations coming to Jira.

Code Reviewer will transition to Rovo Credits on December 3, 2026.

No action is required today. Continue using Code Reviewer as usual.
