Create Beautiful Blogs Your Customers will Love

Move over WordPress, there’s a new blogging platform in town. The combination of Confluence and RefinedWiki Original Theme 3.1 enables you to create beautiful blog posts designed to impress your customers. RefinedWiki‘s new blog mode transforms your Confluence space blog into a “real” external blog in terms of behavior and design. The look and feel makes sharing posts with Twitter, Facebook and Google just a click away. You can even access space blogs through the new namespace: www.yourwiki.com/blog.

Improve Content Management with Categories

At the core of RefinedWiki Original Theme is Confluence’s Space Category. Similar to labels for pages and blogs, you can tag a Space with a category to better organize your Spaces. With RefinedWiki, your Space Categories make up your global top-navigation, so accessing your content is easy. There are three major category improvements in this release.

1. Category and Space logos in dropdown menus

Visualize your Spaces and categories with logos. It’s like giving your Space name a face.

2. More Categories, No Problem

Regardless of the number of categories you have, you can keep your top-navigation organized and manageable. An automatic horizontal scroll will appear when you have more categories than the width of your screen will allow.

3. Dynamic dropdown menus

The size of the drop down will adjust to the number of subcategories and spaces in each category.
