CustomWare, the Summit platinum sponsor, made two announcements: A Get Satisfaction + CustomWare + Atlassian JIRA Connector and an integration between JIRA and Zendesk, built by CustomWare, built using the Zendesk Network Help Desk API

Adaptavist announced their line of Plugin Packs at Summit: for Confluence Dashboards, Content Voting, and Surveys, which are all free to try.

AppFusions showed off a JIRA 4 Essentials book — and the book’s author, Patrick Li.

Gliffy, which makes a collaborative diagramming tool, announced updated and new Gliffy plugins to JIRA and Confluence.

The Tempo Plugin to JIRA from TM Software has some killer new features dubbed Plan and Track Adapt that, among other things, allows you to map people and teams to projects and upgraded time tracking.

ALMWorks announced Structure for JIRA, which lets you organize JIRA issues into multi-level, cross-project hierarchical lists (structures).

Stepstone, winners of this year’s Summit Launchpad competition, showed off Zen 4.0 Beta, a powerful add-on to Confluence for drag-and-drop page design, micro-content editing, improved drafts & publishing, and more.

Valiantys, whose plugins SQLFeed, VertygoSLA and PowerReport are all available for JIRA 4.3, announced the addition of Xpand IT (Portugal) to the growing list of Atlassian Partners who distribute and integrate Valiantys plugins around the world.

K15t SoftwareThis year’s Codegeist winners will soon be launching Scroll Office 2.2, Scroll Wiki Exporters and two Confluence 4-only plugins.

Sauce Labs announced their Sauce Scout JIRA Connector, a cloud based testing service for QA.

Zendesk announced a new open standard to improve customer support and service called Networked Help Desk.

Catch Limited released the latest version of their JIRA-integrated test tool, Enterprise Tester 3.2.

Go2Group announces synapseRT 2.0: Requirements, Traceability, Test Management within JIRA.
