Content and Networking
The two biggest reasons people attend events: content and networking. The sessions need to have enough variety and depth to cover all the topics that you’re interested in, with enough substance to insure that you actually learn something. This year’s Summit, held in beautiful San Francisco, features 80 sessions covering our core products, agile software development, distributed version control, plugin development, case studies, QA and testing, project management, mobile development, collaboration, the new Atlassian Marketplace, and tons more.
Already, the same number of people who registered for Summit 2011 have registered for Summit 2012, and there’s still two months to get tickets. Attendees range from some of the biggest companies and universities in the world to up-and-coming startups. Industry verticals are equally diverse, you’ll meet people from insurance to automotive, finance to non-profit.
