Want to troubleshoot something with us while we look over your shoulder? Done. We’ll have engineers and support staff on hand to help you figure out what’s going on. Meet the guys behind the code and return to the office with fresh ideas and maybe a few fixes.
In the last two weeks we’ve solidified plans to staff this. Taking inspiration from Apple, we’re going to set up a counter at Atlassian Summit that will be staffed with our super-hero, cape-clad Technical Support staff. You can sit down face-to-face with someone to get help with things such as:
- Configuration and training
- Tips and best practices
- Advice on integration
We’re going to keep it staffed full-time so if you want to pop out of one of the sessions for a bit you can get all your questions answered!

Remember there’s only one week left to submit Summit speaking abstracts for consideration for the agenda. We have a really solid draft agenda with some open slots for customers to share how they’re using the products.
Worried that you can’t fill an entire hour? Then tell us what you could speak on for 10, 20 or 40 minutes. It’s very likely we’ll have room the agenda for lightning talks and short presentations on a variety of topics. Speakers get a free pass to Summit!
