Charlie moves to the Big Apple
New York is our last stop in the United States. Charlie had a rough time getting out of Chicago. His flight was cancelled and had to stay an extra night! As America’s largest City, New York was the perfect spot for Charlie to stock up on all the vibrant culture the Big Apple has to offer: Broadway, thin crust pizza, and baseball! Charlie was all about getting out and about in New York. His favorite spot was Washington Square Park and the arch!
Charlie had fun walking up and down Broadway taking in some of New York. He ended up at the Capsule Studio. We all had fun for another night sharing with and learning from our customers. We met with some neat organizations such as: The United Nations, New York University, Chase Bank, and Time Magazine. Charlie was ecstatic to meet so many people from different backgrounds learning about Atlassian.
President Jay Simons shared a behind-the-scenes look at how the JIRA team builds great software with details on our product management, design, development, and quality assistance teams. Special thanks to our Atlassian Expert partners who joined us in New York City: Appfire, Addteq, and Go2Group. Atlassian Experts help deliver an incredible experience with our products. If you need a plugin built, a deployment tuned, help with setup and config, or coaching on going agile, we’ve got the expert for the job.
Special thanks to the team at the Estate Ultra Bar. If you won’t be at any of our other RoadTrip stops, don’t fret: Follow Charlie on Twitter (@atlassian) and tweet a comment with #AtlassianRoadTrip for a chance to win some Atlassian swag!
