Team Calendars works the same, but has a new look and feel, to make it easier for teams to use.

We’re also adding CalDAV server support for Team Calendars which will let third-party apps:

  • subscribe to calendars created in Team Calendars
  • view, create, update and delete events in these calendars
  • sync all the changes in both ways between Team Calendar and the app
  • receive native app notifications regarding these events

Except for subscribing to a calendar all other operations can be done right from the app without going to Confluence.

Examples of the popular third-party apps are Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar for iOS and MacOS, Google Calendar, various mobile apps, etc.
