Who can get access to Rovo?

Rovo is available to all customers with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise Cloud plan of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or Teamwork Collection.*

*Some eligible plans of Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management are still in the process of gaining access to Rovo. This rollout will be completed for all in the coming months.

If my organization is currently using Data Center, is Rovo available to me?

To fully leverage all of the AI features of Rovo, including search, chat, agents, and studio, an Atlassian Cloud Premium or Enterprise plan is required.

If your organization is not yet ready to move to the cloud, Rovo Data Center connectors for Confluence Data Center, Jira Data Center, and Jira Service Management Data Center enable seamless data synchronization between Data Center and cloud environments, allowing customers to leverage cloud-based AI features while maintaining their existing infrastructure.

How are Rovo capabilities ensuring my data is protected?

In addition to the restrictive policies we have in place with our LLM providers, these features continue to follow our existing security practices for each product. Rovo has completed the external assessment and compliance certifications for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
