Meeting resilience needs with ISO 22301
ISO 22301:2019 is the international standard for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). It defines a structured framework for identifying risks, understanding critical activities and dependencies, preparing for disruption, exercising response plans, and continually improving resilience.
Atlassian has obtained ISO 22301:2019 certification for our BCMS, validating our commitment to operational resilience.
This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to operational resilience. The certification validates our Business Continuity Management System across critical cloud products, supporting infrastructure, and functions, helping customers address resilience, procurement, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements.

- Ongoing management review, internal audit, and improvement activities
- Independent surveillance and recertification audits
