How to use the Sailboat Retro template
Step 1: Get the team together
Set a meeting time and invite the team to a team retrospective.
Step 2: Reflect
Using stickies, spend about 15-20minutes allowing each person to add in stickies to each of the sections.
Destination: What was our goal? What were we working towards?
Wind: What has moved us forward? What helped?
Shark: What were the risks? What should we be cautious of?
Anchor: What's held us back? What caused delay?
Step 3: Discuss
Spend the remainder of the session discussing the stickies in each of the sections.
