Teams have come together in ways we couldn’t have imagined a short while ago. In the biggest-ever remote work experiment, we’ve seen a small (Zoom) window into our teammates’ lives. We’ve laughed about home-meeting interruptions, shared home-workout tips, and created new rituals around how we work. Most importantly though, we’ve found new ways to connect in the many moments that call for compassion first.
Everyone became a little more human in the past year, and the importance of this humanity rang true in every conversation and interaction. While the pace of technology sped up, the people side of teamwork became even more important. At Atlassian, we believe people and technology interacting in new ways, with flexibility, is at the heart of the new operating model for every single organization.
Our newly renamed summit ‘Team ’21’ is a reflection of what inspires us and our mission – to unleash the potential of every team. And this year we’re thrilled to be making some of our biggest product announcements to date. This includes Point A, our brand-new innovation program from which we are releasing five products: Jira Work Management, Jira Product Discovery, Team Central, Compass, and Halp.
