Hello, Anaheim! 😎 We’re thrilled to be here at our Team ‘25 conference alongside 5,000 customers, partners, and Atlassians. We’ve been fortunate enough to meet with customers like this since 2009, and I’m especially excited about this one. This is our largest-ever Team event (and the first to feature a race car racing car), we’re a leader in all the markets we play in, and we’re sharing some epic new capabilities today for the millions of people that drive teamwork forward with Atlassian.

Our team has been working nonstop because our solutions power some of the biggest enterprises in the world. They’re under pressure to move faster and need a partner to help them align their workforce, get teams using AI effectively, and drive their business forward.

Last year at Team ‘24, we made a big move to support them. We rolled out our System of Work to help organizations connect their business and technology teams on our AI-powered cloud platformthis is resonating with every customer I speak to. Customers from Domino’s Pizza Enterprises to Air-France-KLM to Procore are bringing teams together on Atlassian cloud and sharing the benefits of accelerated delivery and reduced costs.

We’re not stopping there. Our 300,000+ customers are hungry for solutions as they wrestle with siloed teams and data, ineffective communication, and information overload. They ask? We answer. Atlassian’s cloud platform is custom-built to fuel teamwork for technology-driven organizations: a portfolio of interconnected apps with AI at the center to connect all teams and get work moving better and faster.

Here’s what we’re announcing at Team ’25:

Want to unlock enterprise knowledge with AI? Rovo is now for everyone

  • With our AI capabilities already redefining work for over a million users every month, the future of teamwork is human-AI collaboration. To bring that future closer, we’re making our enterprise AI solution, Rovo, available so that all of our customers can add the most advanced AI-powered search, chat, and agents to the team. Rovo now includes the all-new Studio app, a one-stop shop where you can build agents, automations, assets, and more—with or without code. Head here to understand how Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management users can team up with Rovo as part of their subscriptions.

Need ALL teams working in lockstep? Introducing Teamwork Collection

  • Our System of Work resonates because organizations understand that collaboration is essential to their productivity. Enter Teamwork Collection: a curated selection of apps—Jira, Confluence, and Loom—and powerful Rovo agents, that will reimagine the way technical and business teams collaborate. Find out how Teamwork Collection helps teams break down silos, use AI more effectively, and smoothly move between work here.

Leaders — having difficulty keeping work on course? Introducing Strategy Collection

  • Atlassian’s new Strategy Collection connects leaders to all parts of their organization so they can ensure teams focus on what truly matters. This specialized collection, purpose-built for leaders of technology-driven enterprises, brings together three apps: Focus (now generally available), Talent, a new workforce planning app to help leaders make sure the right people are working on the most important priorities, and Jira Align into a single Enterprise Strategy & Planning (ESP) offering. Find out more here.

We have a ton of other innovations coming this week to drive teamwork forward—be sure to follow all of our Team ‘25 announcements here. (Speaking of driving, I’m super excited to bring our partnership with Atlassian Williams Racing to our Team conference for the first time. Check out this video!)

A huge thank you is due to all the Atlassians, partners, and sponsors who are working to make Team ‘25 a fantastic week. And to our customers—whether you’re here in Anaheim or following along via livestream—thank you to every single one of you. None of this would be possible without your trust in us.

Enjoy the week! 🎉
