How it works
A Rovo Agent streamlines the process of turning meeting transcripts into actionable Jira issues. Instead of manually reviewing notes, writing up requirements, and using bulk import tools, users simply paste a meeting transcript into the agent. It reads the content, identifies discrete work items, and generates a list of issues — complete with summaries, descriptions, acceptance criteria, and custom fields — ready for review.
Once the user confirms, the agent creates the issues directly in Jira, putting them on the board and ready for refinement with the tech team. The same agent can also generate Confluence documentation from the refined requirements.
