仕組み
Rovo エージェントは、ミーティングのトランスクリプトを実行可能な Jira 課題に変換するプロセスを効率化します。手動でメモを確認し、要件をまとめ、一括インポート ツールを使用する代わりに、ユーザーはミーティングのトランスクリプトをエージェントに貼り付けるだけです。内容の読み取り、個々の作業項目の識別、要約、説明、承認基準、カスタム フィールドを含む課題リストの生成をエージェントが行い、レビューの準備を整えます。
ユーザーの確認が終わると、エージェントによって Jira で直接課題が作成され、ボードに配置されて技術チームによる改良作業に備えます。同じエージェントにより、絞り込まれた要件から Confluence ドキュメントを生成することもできます。

- 課題タイプを自動分類 - トランスクリプトのコンテキストに基づいて、各項目がストーリー、タスク、バグのいずれに該当するかを判断します。
- Jira で課題を一括作成 - ユーザーによる確認後、すべてのレビュー済み課題をプロジェクト ボードで直接作成します。CSV エクスポートや一括インポートは必要ありません。
- ドキュメントを生成 - 同じトランスクリプトまたは改良後のメモを利用して、Confluence で改良された要件ドキュメントを作成します。
