Jeffrey is a consultant with Forrester’s Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) practice. In this role, he works with Forrester’s clients to measure and articulate the business value and financial impact of technology and process investments. Jeffrey’s areas of focus include business analytics, software development, and IT processes and operations.
Previous Work Experience
Before joining Forrester, Jeffrey was a product manager at the technology startup Pronoun (née Vook), which sold to Macmillan Publishing in 2016. Jeffrey has led international software development teams and built award-winning products for name-brand clients. He has over a decade of experience in technology entrepreneurship.
