Life & salary continuance
We want you and your family to stay protected. For eligible Atlassians, we pay the premiums for your life and salary continuance insurance on your behalf.
We value your service! Receive 3 extra days off starting on your 3rd anniversary. After 5 years of service, Atlassian provides reimbursement for a trip.

Parental leave & support
Becoming a parent is a major milestone. And Atlassian strives to offer caregivers time to spend with their children and family. To help support families, Atlassian provides 26 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for non-birthing parents.
Staff superannuation fund
Accumulate funds to provide you with income during retirement. Atlassian pays 10% of base salary earnings, including bonus, into your superannuation. You can use BT Business Super — our partner superannuation fund for Atlassian staff, or nominate your own. To support our people in setting themselves up for life, we also allow you to salary sacrifice.

Employee assistance program (EAP)

Our free, EAP is a confidential resource, offering referral and counseling services that are available to all employees - and their household members — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Five free counseling sessions per incident each year for short-term issues
- Two additional counseling sessions for new parents
- Referrals for parenting resources and childcare search services

Twic wellness & caregiver reimbursement program
Atlassian provides employees with an annual stipend for fitness and wellness reimbursements to encourage an active lifestyle. The benefit is eligible for qualified expenses like fitness classes, team sports, and sports equipment for Atlassians and their eligible family members.
Atlassian encourages all employees to take 5 paid days each financial year to volunteer at their favorite charity. And for every $1 you donate, up to $1k, Atlassian will match that contribution.
