Top Vendor Terms and Conditions

You hereby certify that all of the information on the Top Vendor Program status application (your “Application”), and any other information you have submitted to Atlassian, is true and correct in all respects.

Atlassian will complete a detailed review of the information submitted on your Application and may send feedback to you via a mention of you in our Jira issue tracker, and/or directly via email. Atlassian reserves the right to grant, deny, reject or revoke your Top Vendor status at any time in its sole discretion. You agree that Atlassian will from time to time conduct audits of your Application information, to ensure that you meet all of the criteria required to become a Top Vendor as may be updated and/or communicated to you by Atlassian from time to time.

You understand that Atlassian may change or modify the Application requirements, these Terms and Conditions, or any other requirements to become a Top Vendor at any time in its sole discretion, which may result in the withholding or revocation of your status as a Top Vendor.

You agree to comply with the Atlassian Marketplace Vendor Agreement (currently located at: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/publisheragreement.html) as may be modified from time to time (the “Vendor Agreement”). Failure to comply with the Vendor Agreement could result in the revocation of your status as Top Vendor.

Atlassian shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, damages, losses (including, without limitation, lost business opportunities or lost profits) or other liabilities you may incur as a result of your app or your participation in the Top Vendor program, including the fact that you or your app may not be selected for Top Vendor status. You will be solely responsible for developing apps that are safe, free of defects in design and operation, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be solely responsible for any documentation and end-user customer support and warranty of your apps. The fact that Atlassian may have reviewed, tested, approved or selected an app for Top Vendor status will not relieve you of any of these responsibilities.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLASSIAN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE TOP VENDOR PROGRAM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED $100.
