If only all support issues were this easy.
As a quick background, a customer is having some database connection issues. I Googled for “java.sql.SQLException: I/O Error: Connection reset at net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.TdsCore.executeSQL(TdsCore.java:1038) ” and was returned the two results you see in the image. The first is the JIRA issue that I’m looking into. The second is an email archived by a Confluence instance that contains a reference to the likely solution.
How good is that!
