Key findings include:
- 82% of IT leaders use two or more vendors for work management technology – yet 67% agree that technical debt and legacy architecture inhibit their ability to modernize.
- Only 14% have achieved enterprise-wide AI operationalization.
- 51% say increased employee productivity is the primary indicator that their work management technology strategy is working.
