Atlassian is updating the price of some of our Enterprise Services offerings on October 3, 2019.

These price adjustments will allow us to sustainably maintain the skilled team of specialists we have on staff, and continue to build value from their in-depth knowledge.

This page provides FAQs related to the upcoming pricing changes and detailed pricing tables. Pricing will not go into effect until October 3, 2019. If you would like to talk to us directly, please contact our support team.

Technical Account Management (TAM), Premier Support and the Enterprise Success Package will all receive price increases. Priority Support will not receive a price increase.

Please note customers in Japan will receive price increases for all Enterprise Services on October 3, 2019.

価格が改定されるのはいつですか? Show

New prices will go into effect October 3, 2019. If you have an Atlassian quote issued before October 3, 2019, you will remain on the pre-announcement pricing until that quote has expired. Any Atlassian quote created or modified after October 3, 2019 will reflect the new pricing.

旧価格の見積もりを取得している場合、それは有効ですか? Show

If you created a quote before October 3, 2019 we will honor that quote under the prior pricing until it expires. Existing quotes will be honored until they are deleted. Once a quote is deleted it will not be restored and you will need to pay the new pricing. Quotes generated on or after October 3, 2019 will be based on the new pricing.
