Join Dr. Nesrine Changuel, best-selling author of Product Delight and former product leader at Google, Spotify, and Microsoft, in conversation with Axel Sooriah, Atlassian's Product Management Evangelist, as she reveals why delight is the most underrated driver of retention, engagement, and brand love.

In a world overflowing with features, AI breakthroughs, and constant innovation, functionality is no longer enough to stand out. What turns users into advocates is the emotional connection your product creates.

In this session, Axel Sooriah sits down with Dr. Nesrine Changuel, who draws from more than a decade of building global products at Google, Spotify, and Microsoft. • How emotional motivators shape user behaviour
  • How delight moments transform ordinary experiences into memorable ones
  • How to use the Delight Grid to find and prioritise opportunities
