As the current Head of Engineering for Bitbucket Pipelines at Atlassian, he leads multiple engineering teams distributed across the APAC region, driving innovation and operational excellence in cloud-based modern technologies. Raul is passionate about AI and large-scale software engineering, having played a pivotal role in scaling Bitbucket Pipelines to handle more than 1 billion minutes per month.
