Sinds Chris in 2014 bij Atlassian kwam werken, is hij manager geweest op het gebied van bedrijfssoftware en productbeheer voor migratie. Hij leidt momenteel het productmanagementteam voor Bitbucket Cloud en richt zich op het volgen van de bedrijfsroadmap. Chris beheerde voorheen het migratieplatform van Atlassian, speciaal ontworpen om de migratie van on-premises naar Atlassian Cloud intuïtiever, flexibeler, betrouwbaarder en schaalbaarder te maken.
