Admins connect Workday in Atlassian Administration through a dedicated integration system user and the reports they configure, so they control exactly which data is shared. The Teamwork Graph syncs with Workday, so when someone changes roles or teams, Atlassian reflects it, and Workday stays your source of truth. Synced data is used according to Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph data, privacy, and usage guidelines.
