Creating customers for life

Referring to this team as "support" doesn't do it justice. Internally, we call them the Customer Support and Success (CSS) team. In many ways, this team is the face of Atlassian. And they're so good at what they do, many customers become Atlassian advocates after just one support interaction.

We're looking for people with amazing communication skills and product know-how to match. Solving customer problems not only makes for a better customer experience, it helps create better products. It can be a tricky job, but we're a tenacious, creative bunch of problem solvers who are willing to tackle any challenge thrown our way.
