Data Center loyalty discounts

To help ease the transition from server to Data Center, we are offering our server customers a discount when they migrate to Data Center that can be locked in for 12 or 24 months. On February 2, 2021 PT, we discontinued server to Data Center upgrade credits and replaced them with our Data Center loyalty discount.

Eligibility requirements

• Your existing server license(s) was purchased before February 2, 2021 PT, and is under active maintenance or within 30 days of expiry.

  • Bamboo exception - if you purchased a Bamboo server license(s) on or before August 1, 2021 PT, and it is under active maintenance or within 30 days of expiry.

• You migrate the following products:

  • Jira Software Data Center

  • Confluence Data Center

  • Jira Service Management Data Center

  • Bitbucket Data Center

  • Crowd Data Center

  • Bamboo Data Center

Discount schedule

The Data Center subscription discount you receive will be based on when you purchase or renew your Data Center subscription. Please note, discounts may be subject to change.

• For annual Data Center subscription purchases or renewals dated between July 1, 2021 PT and June 30, 2022 PT:
  • Jira Software and Confluence (up to 1,000 users): 15% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
  • Jira Software and Confluence (1,001 users and above): 30% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
  • Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, Crowd (all user tiers): 30% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
• For annual Bamboo Data Center subscription purchases or renewals dated between Aug 2, 2021 PT and June 30,2022 PT:
  • Bamboo (all user tiers): 30% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
• For annual Data Center subscription purchases or renewals dated between July 1, 2022 PT and June 30, 2023 PT:
  • Jira Software and Confluence (up to 1,000 users): no discount.
  • Jira Software and Confluence (1,001 users and above): 15% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
  • Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, Crowd, Bamboo (all user tiers): 15% discount from the list price in effect at the time.
• Data Center subscription purchases and renewals dated after June 30, 2023 PT will not get a discount and will be at list price in effect at that time.

For clarity, this promotional offer does not apply retroactively to existing cloud subscriptions that were not purchased pursuant to this promotional offer and cannot be combined with, or used to extend the duration of, any other promotional offers or pricing discounts. Atlassian may modify or cancel discounts at any time, and this page does not obligate Atlassian to extend any specific discounts for any specified period of time.
