You can pay monthly subscriptions by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express) in US dollars only. We plan to accept other currencies in the future.

You can only have one Atlas workspace per site, but you can have multiple sites. Because billing is based on sites, each of your site’s workspace can be on different plans. Learn more about managing sites.

To get existing users on your site access to Atlas, your site admins can activate Atlas for all users. Once active, Atlas is discoverable for all users on your site in the app switcher.

Our Free plan gives you up to 35,000 users free of charge. For advanced features and support, start a free trial of our Standard or Premium plan.

If you’re unsatisfied with any Atlassian Cloud product or service, we offer a refund within 30 days after your trial period for monthly subscriptions, no questions asked. See how to request a refund.

While we don’t currently offer annual subscriptions, we plan to offer them in the future.

Atlas is a cloud product, meaning you can’t purchase an Atlassian Server version.

While many of our customers complement Jira’s project tracking with Atlas’s project communication across teams, you don’t need Jira to use Atlas. Learn more about Jira and Atlas.
