CEO Fireside Chat: Cultivating Company Culture

Scott Farquhar, Atlassian

Mike Cannon-Brookes, Atlassian

While great collaborative tools are crucial for team success (we think so, at least), they will only take you so far. If your culture is broken, all the software in the world won't make a difference. Join Founders Scott Farquhar and Mike Cannon-Brookes for an informal talk about company culture, how we've tried to tend and grow it at Atlassian, and an introduction to some practical culture tools you can take back to work with you. Atlassian President Jay Simons will moderate the session which will conclude with audience Q&A.
