Didier Moretti is the General Manager and Vice President of Atlassian's Service Desk product family. Service Desk, Atlassian's newest product family, enables IT teams to better support end users and deliver new, high value services to their company. With over 35,000 customers using its collaboration, software development, and service desk products, Atlassian is powering teams to work smarter and deliver faster results, every day.
Didier is an entrepreneur who enjoys building and scaling new businesses, drawing on experiences as the CEO of startups and as a VP/GM in large companies. He most recently held several executive roles at Cisco. As Vice President and General Manager for the Media Experience and Analytics business unit, he led the development of Cisco’s social video and business analytics product line. Prior to that, Didier was Cisco's Vice President of Business Incubation, where he led the creation of significant new businesses in video and the Internet of Things.
Earlier in his career, Didier led several startups, and was founder and CEO of Annuncio Software, an internet marketing company acquired by PeopleSoft (now Oracle). Didier graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with two Master of Science degrees and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France.
