Atlassian BitBand By Atlassian

Atlassian BitBand

The BitBand story

The rumors are true. Atlassian, your favorite software company, is getting into the hardware business. Our goal has always been to empower developers to build better software, together. So we asked ourselves: Why not gamify it? With a wearable?

The Atlassian BitBand takes all the things you do every day, tracks them, and compares your statistics to those of your teammates. It's like sports! Except you don't have to actually move, or talk to anyone, and you hate sports anyway, and... wait, who thought of this "team" analogy for developers in the first place?

FAQ

    Unfortunately, yes.

  • Was the BitBand tested on Animals?

No, but it was tested by a guy in an animal costume

  • Where is the BitBand manufactured?

We aren't exactly sure, we bought it at Target

  • Will the BitBand give me a rash?

Probably. We recommend pledging at the $100 level to make sure yours comes with the steroid cream.

  • What is Oculus Rift?

Oculus Rift is unrelated to the BitBand. Seriously, you need to focus.

  • Is this real?

Nope. Happy April Fool's Day! Enter your email address to get your chance to receive a free BitBand t-shirt.
