Crowd - Features – Identity Management
Managing users is easier when they are all in one place.
Centralised identity management
Identity management is the process of defining a user (a 'principal') and managing their attributes and lifecycle.
Crowd centralises identity management, allowing you to take users from different directories and manage them in one place. Multiple user directories can be conveniently managed via Crowd's administration console.

Adding and disabling of accounts, as well as updating information such as email addresses or passwords, is instant across all integrated applications.
Applications can add or modify their own specific user attributes (e.g. date of birth, preferences) that can then be shared across all other integrated applications.
