Can I trial add-ons (plugins, gadgets, integrations)?

Choose from a set of supported add-ons to install.
Download Trials
Install any compatible plugin using the Universal Plugin Manager in the Confluence Administration console.
Can I switch between OnDemand and Download?
Download to OnDemand
Sign up for the OnDemand trial and let your Download trial expire. If you need to migrate data, contact us and we'll help.
OnDemand to Download
Cancel your OnDemand trial and contact us for assistance with obtaining your data to migrate to your new Confluence Download trial.
How many users can participate in the trial?
By default, trial licenses are generated at the 500 user tier. You may add additional Confluence users in the system as needed, as evaluations allow for full enterprise functionality and control, including user and group management.
What happens when I've completed my 30-day trial?
OnDemand Trials
We'll send you a reminder to inform you that your trial is about to expire. If you wish to continue using Confluence OnDemand the credit card provided at sign-up will be billed for your first month's usage.
You can cancel your trial at any time.
Download Trials
Purchase a commercial or academic license, to replace your evaluation license, and continue using Confluence.
Where can I learn more about the product during my evaluation?
We offer an abundance of resources aimed to bring new users up to speed at quickstart.atlassian.com.

How do we get technical assistance during the trial?
While evaluating any Atlassian product, you're entitled to assistance from our dedicated technical support team. They can help with specific technical issues that may arise during your evaluation (identifying errors or problems, providing additional guidance with installation, suggesting performance tweaks, etc.).
Will I be contacted by Atlassian during my trial?
We will never call you or bug you directly. You can expect to receive a couple short emails that are desiged to help you get up to speed with our products.
Can I extend my free-trial?
OnDemand Trials
You may not extend your free trial.
Download Trials
Atlassian allows up to 90 day maximum for Download trials. To generate an extended license key online, login to your Atlassian account and click the 'New Evaluation License' option.
