Bamboo's powerful plugin system allows you to extend Bamboo to meet your organisation's requirements. For example, you can:

  • integrate with another source control system.
  • add a new report.
  • add a new tab to the 'Build Plan' or 'Build Results' screen.
  • initiate a custom function when a build completes (e.g. SMS your team upon failure).
  • track custom metrics about your builds (e.g. the number of SQL statements executed by your tests).
  • view build information without ever leaving your IDE

Embed Bamboo anywhere

Javascript widgets enable you to easily embed various fragments of Bamboo content into HTML pages, websites and other applications with minimal coding.

Usage example: It's often useful to see build information alongside other project information. For example, you might wish to embed a build status indicator on a project's website or a chart of recent build success on a team's wiki.
