Bamboo Existing Customers

Your Existing License

If you have purchased Bamboo prior to the 14th of April 2008, your Bamboo Server license has been automatically converted to an equivalent Bamboo Standard (Unlimted Local Agents, 1 Remote Agent) license under the new Bamboo 2.0 licensing structure. Your maintenance expiry date remains unchanged.

If you have an active software maintenance for Bamboo, your Bamboo license will be valid when you upgrade to Bamboo 2.0. You do not have to purchase any license upgrades for your Bamboo instance, unless you would like to access additional remote agents.

If you have multiple Bamboo Server licenses under active software maintenance and wish to use either the Bamboo Professional or Bamboo Enterprise, please contact us for further assistance.
