General
1. Is JIRA Enterprise a different application?
No, at the moment the key differences between the two tiers are the items listed above on the JIRA Enterprise overview, with no changes to the core application.
2. Can I get Enterprise offerings for Confluence, FishEye, Crucible, Bamboo, etc?
Not at this time. We do plan to roll out a similar offering for Confluence customers in the future.
3. What is the JIRA Enterprise Customer Community?
The JIRA Enterprise Customer Community is an opportunity to connect with Atlassian and network with peers on topics relevant to larger deployments. We'll be hosting a semi-annual Product Management webinar for you to participate in as well as reaching out to members of this community for Product Management feedback.
4. How do I access Atlassian University?
JIRA Enterprise customers are entitled to free JIRA Training for their users via Atlassian University. Just have your users sign up with their corporate email address.
5. When will the JIRA Administrator Certification course be offered?
We will email our JIRA Enterprise customers with upcoming training dates. Additional information can be found on the Certification portion of our website.
6. Can I purchase additional training or certification for other members of my team?
Not at this time, but we plan to have this option available in the near future. Additional information can be found on the Certification portion of our website.
7. Do I need to be running JIRA 5.x in order to receive JIRA Enterprise?
You can purchase and experience all the benefits of JIRA Enterprise without having to run JIRA 5.x.

JIRA Enterprise Licensing
1. Is JIRA Enterprise available to academic institutions?
Yes and academic institutions can continue to make use of the 50% discount on the license costs.
2. How does this affect JIRA add-ons such as GreenHopper and Bonfire?
The add-ons pricing remains unchanged above the 100 user tier. The license tiers of the add-on will need to match JIRA's license tier so an upgraded JIRA license will require an upgraded GreenHopper or Bonfire license.
3. I am currently on the JIRA 100+ license, how does this affect me?
Existing customers on the JIRA 100+ (formerly known as the JIRA Unlimited license) can upgrade to JIRA Enterprise at a reduced price if you would like to receive the benefits of JIRA Enterprise.

If you prefer to continue as you are with JIRA 100+ users, you may renew your existing license for an additional two (2) years at your current renewal price. You will then be able to move to the new JIRA 500 user license (at the same price as your current renewal) or upgrade to any of the JIRA Enterprise licenses.
All JIRA 100+ licenses expiring on or before 22-Feb-2014 are eligible to renew at their current renewal price through a maximum end date of 22-Feb-2015. Eligible customers may purchase grandfathered renewals at any time.

4. Can I get the Enterprise offering at a lower tier (25 users, 50 users, 100 users)?
The first JIRA Enterprise tier supports up to 500 users and all customers can purchase this tier to take advantage of JIRA Enterprise.
5. Do maintanence renewals function the same for JIRA Enterprise?
Yes. JIRA Enterprise tiers are treated the same for license maintenance renewals.
