Change Management, Atlassian-style
The Atlassian Foundation gives back in many ways – by giving employees time to support the causes they believe in, by donating licenses to non-profit and Open Source projects, and by donating money to charities.
- Annual revenue donated to charities

Groundwork Opportunities (GO)
GO is a 501c3 charity working to create a world beyond poverty by investing in groundbreaking ideas, empowering local leaders, and engaging communities. Atlassian helps GO reach even more communities in need by assisting with online advertising and by helping build a unique personal fundraising platform that allows donors to use birthdays, weddings, and 10k runs to raise money for their favorite cause.
