Atlassian Hack House
Development Grads will spend a week hacking code at an awesome beach house in Sydney – if you're in San Francisco, we'll fly you to Sydney. You'll join fellow grads and experienced Atlassians in one challenge: develop a cool plugin by week’s end!
Atlas Boot Camp
All grads attend the Atlas Boot Camp. It's an awesome way to get to know your fellow grads. You'll write code, problem solve and learn about our business, how we ship software, and how we help our customers.
International Secondment
Always wanted to travel the world? Every Support Grad can do an International Secondment at one of our offices, where you’ll experience the global community of Atlassian customers. You'll stay in the Atlassian apartment in Sydney, San Francisco, or Amsterdam. Bon voyage.
Supporting Innovation
No matter what part of Atlassian you join, you'll be encouraged to think differently and innovate. You'll be able to participate in FedEx Days and use 20% Time to work on a creative project of your choice. We'll also pair you up with an Atlassian buddy who will offer advice and introduce you to the company.
Gradlassian Network
Through the Gradlassian network, you'll be involved in heaps of cool activities with other recent grads and current students. Whether it’s a dinner party or rafting, we're sure it'll take your fancy!
